Jude Vidic

Jude is a dually qualified and highly experienced myotherapist and remedial massage therapist who provides care for her clients through a clinical approach in a holistic manner. She is energetic, friendly and approachable and has developed a strong client base due to her caring nature and excellent clinical skills. Jude listens to the needs of her clients and delivers treatment that is second to none.

Working alongside chiropractors, Jude distinguishes herself from other therapists by individually tailoring her treatment approach to ensure that each client receives the most accurate and customised treatment to achieve the most optimal outcome for healing. Jude’s skillset is vast and she is trained in dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, sports therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Lomi Lomi, reflexology and champissage (acupressure points in head, neck and shoulders). Through the correct combination of these techniques Jude is able to provide treatment for clients with both acute and chronic conditions and assist in optimising their recovery.
